About MICAL

MICAL is the Libraries' online catalog. It has a record for each of the items that MC's libraries own. These include:
  • Books
  • Journals
  • Newspapers & magazines
  • Slides and video recordings
  • Reserve Materials
  • Music & musical scores and
  • Electronic resources, such as electronic documents, some websites, selected electronic journals, and electronic books

Note: You won't find individual articles in MICAL. You'll learn how to find them by using an article database described in the next module.
