Free services to obtain articles, books, and more from a national network of libraries to supplement the Speed Library Collection.
Faculty can request instructional support from a librarian at Speed Library. Instructional support can include instruction in the library or classroom, and can also include instructional materials integrated into the Speed Library Subject and Course Guides. We offer a series of video tutorials that can be integrated into online courses and accessed anywhere, anytime.
Faculty & Staff can request the use of our three Library e-Classrooms, A, B, & 201. Classrooms are all equipped with a projector, teaching stations, and student-use computers. Contact Lauren Fletcher more information.
Information about use of electronic and print resources, conducting searches of specialized online databases, and providing specialized tours and classes.
The library has two types of reserves: traditional hard copy and electronic reserves. Using a course reserve form, faculty members may place books, journal articles, or other printed materials on reserve in order to provide short-term circulation of required reading assignments.

Speed Library Storage contains bound periodicals which have their content covered in databases or are lesser-used titles. Fill out the following form to request the needed materials.
The Teaching & Learning Center maintains video cameras and related equipment available for use by all Mississippi College students, faculty and staff. Here is the request form necessary for all borrowing.
This form must be submitted in order to borrow laptops, projectors, iPads, or adapters from the Learning Resource Center.
